1st Bohol OSP Training 2025

From February 19-21, 2025, Fiber Optics Contractors, ISPs and industry professionals, came together at MJS Camp Site and Mountain Resort, Bohol for the Bohol Fiber Optic Outside Plant (OSP) Training!

The Three (3) days training, participants tackled fiber splicing, standards in network deployment, and maintenance, ensuring a stronger, future-ready infrastructure. Topics covered included:

Day 1: Basic Safety, Fiber Fundamentals & Tools, Industrial Applications

Day 2: OSP Fundamentals, Design and Planning, developing Skills, Knowledge & Attitude

Day 3: Pole Safety, Pole Erection, Pole Dressing, Cable Layout and proper Outdoor Enclosure, NAP Box Termination and Installation
