 skills to handle real-world network infrastructures. Participants engaged 
 in practical workshops using fusion splicing machines\, visual fault locat
 ors\, power meters\, OTDRs\, and fiber microscopes. They also performed co
 pper cabling termination with T3 Innovations tools and Vivanco UTP cables 
 over PoE applications with BDCOM. Kudos to all the participants for succes
